At STEP BY STEP Childcare, Learning & Development Centre, we take the privacy of our customers very seriously. All the information about the child and parents that is provided to us in paper or electronic format is stored securely. This information is solely used by us to understand child's needs, and to ensure the well being and safety of the child and to promote their learning and development. We never share or sell personal information about the children and their parents to any third party providers. We also never use this personal information for our business advertising or marketing purposes.

We also have a very strict policy related to digital media that includes children's pictures and videos. Children's pictures and videos showing their faces or revealing their identities are never posted on our website, online or paper marketing material, social media platforms, nor with other parents.

The privacy of our online visitors inquiring to us about childcare spots is also fully protected. Whenever any visitor contacts us through email, phone or post any questions at our website or other online platforms, we only ask for their limited information (name, email and phone number) to be able to respond back to their questions in a reasonable time. This information about the visitors is stored securely and never shared or sold to third parties.

Our in-person tours/appointments at the childcare centre are only permitted outside of the childcare hours. There is no exception to this policy. We take the privacy, safety and security of the children in our care very seriously. Hence, no visitors' walk-in appointments or in-person tours are permitted during the time when children are in our care at STEP BY STEP Childcare, Learning and Development Centre.
